Be wary of these because they are shared numbers and many retailers will not accept these UPC numbers if you are not listed as the vendor.

What is the difference between paper and synthetic labels?
"Our standard high quality paper label is perfect for most uses however, certain applications require a synthetic label. Synthetic labels are useful for many applications because the label is water and weather proof. In addition synthetic labels don't have a ""memory"" like paper labels so they are perfect for application on a curved surface.

I need a waterproof label. What kind of material should I choose?
Our synthetic labels are completely waterproof and perfect for any application that requires a resistance to moisture and chemicals.
How adhesive are the labels?
Our paper and synthetic labels use what is called “permanent adhesive” in the label industry. These will securely attach to most surfaces. The synthetic labels will adhere better than the paper. If you have any doubt about your particular application please give us a call and we can send samples out for testing.
What printing technology do you use to print my labels?
Our labels are printed on thermal transfer barcode printers which are the standard for high quality barcode label printing.
Are my labels easy to remove and work with?
Our labels are die cut with rounded corners and gaps between labels for easy removal.
Are your labels on sheets or rolls?
Our labels come on rolls not sheets so they are easier to handle and store.
How are your labels packaged?
"Each roll is shrink-wrapped for protection against dirt and grime. Each roll is labeled with the amount and a sample label for easy inventory. Our labels are on 1.5"" cores for easy handling and storage. We package all rolls using recycled packaging paper and heavy duty boxes to ensure your labels arrive safely."
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Most orders ship the same day we receive the order if we receive the order before 2:00pm EST.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order online by logging into your account. On the My Account page navigate to the Previous Orders section and you will see a link to track any previous order.
Do you have a minimum order?
The minimum order for UPC. ISBN and sequentially numbered labels is 1,000 labels. We offer short run quantities starting at 250 labels for all of our asset management labels.
From where are my labels shipped?
All orders are shipped from our manufacturing headquarters in Dayton, OH. Because of our centralized location, most orders are received within 2 to 3 working days via ground freight.
Do you ship products internationally?
At this time we only ship and sell to companies in the United States and Canada through our web portal. If you require a product to be shipped internationally please contact our sales department at 800-433-0309.
How do I change quantities, label information or cancel my order?
If your order has not been produced we are happy to make changes to quantities, the label data or cancel your order. Please contact a WePrintBarcode associate at (800) 433-0309 as soon as possible since most orders ship same day.

Can I see a proof of my order before you print?
Yes, we will gladly provide you with either an email or fax proof of your order prior to production. No production will begin prior to your approval. Please notate in the additional information area of our checkout form that you would like a proof prior to production.
Can I return a label order?
Custom printed barcode labels are non-returnable. WePrintBarcodes.com will provide you with a proof prior to production when requested. Based upon the custom nature of our business custom printed barcode labels are not returnable.

How do I return a print station I purchased from you?
Our print stations are returnable however they are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In addition all equipment must be in brand new resalable condition including all packaging, manuals and accessories. Please see our return policy for detailed information on equipment returns.
I don’t have a SCAC code that is required for PAPS, how do I get one?
The SCAC code is assigned by the National Motor Freight Traffic Association, Inc. (703) 838-1810. There is a $40.00 (US) fee for the code that must be renewed annually. This process can take 7 to 10 days.

If this is the first time ordering PARS, PAPS or A8A Manifest labels we will assign the sequential number for you. I don't have a Carrier Code. Where do I get one?
The Carrier Code is a four digit number or alphanumeric code that is obtained by applying to the CCRA (Canada Custom’s & Revenue Agency). There is no cost for the code. The code is usually assigned within 48 hours of the receipt of application. The CCRA can be reached at (613) 946-4278.
What’s the difference between PARS and A8A Manifest Labels?
PARS Labels are a bar coded label system used to expedite the clearance of goods into Canada. The labels are sequentially numbered. One label is required for each transaction at the Canadian border. Up to 30 days before the goods arrive in Canada, importers or their agents submit release documents to the Customs Broker (CB) that will clear the goods.
A8A Manifest Labels are affixed to a 5 part A8A form. One label is needed for each part of the form. Therefore A8A Manifest Labels are produced in sets of 5.
