Product Descriptions
WePrintBarCodes.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, WePrintBarCodes.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by WePrintBarCodes.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Payment Methods
WePrintBarCodes accepts payments via all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed immediately online through our credit card processing partner based on product availability.
Product Availability
Every effort is made to maintain the accuracy of our inventory data. However, there may be occasions where we are temporarily out of stock on a product. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your items immediately we will contact within one business day of the placement of your order. At that time we will provide you with an estimated shipping date. This estimated shipping dates does not represent any warranty or guarantee by WePrintBarCodes and is purely based on an estimated delivery date by our supplier. WePrintBarCodes is not liable for any damages arising out of our failure to meet this estimated shipping date.
Backorder Processing
If we are unable to ship an item you have purchased immediately we will contact you within one business day of your order. At this point we will provide you with the option of maintaining your order in a backorder status and we will ship your order immediately on the availability of the product. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to notify us if you would not like the order held in our backorder system. If for any reason we are unable to process and ship your order within 30 days of the original order date we will provide you with additional communication and options.
Credit For Returned Items
Credit for returned items will be processed against the credit card that you initially used for the purchase. WePrintBarCodes will not credit alternative cards for returned goods unless the original account has been terminated or expired. Credit will be issued for the full price of your purchase less any shipping or handling fees that may apply based on our return policy. Credit to your account will not be activated until our distribution facility receives your returned product and verifies the return for accuracy according to our return policy.
Shipping Policy
Our distribution center is always fully stocked with products from the industry's leading manufacturers, which means you'll always be able to get what you need when you need it. Our facility is ISO 9002-certified and is regularly monitored by auditors to ensure that we maintain the highest levels of quality control.
Shipping Times
Place your order before 5 pm EST in the US, and we'll ship it the same day you order. In Canada, place your order before 2 pm EST in Eastern Canada and 1 pm EST in Western Canada for same-day shipping.
Most custom label orders are shipped the same day if the order is placed into production by 2:00PM EST. On some occasions, most often large, orders we cannot ship orders the same day. A customer representative will contact you if we are unable to ship your order the same day.
Free Delivery
Free ground delivery, for orders over $75.00, in the continental US. Premium services such as overnight delivery, two-day and three day delivery are available at an additional charge.
Alaska and Hawaii customers are charged a flat rate $35.00 for shipping. Canadian customers are charged a flat rate $28.90 for ground shipping.
WePrintBarCodes.com reserves the right to select the carrier of our choice for all shipments and purchases qualifying for Free Delivery. Please note that free delivery is not applicable on printer consumable products such as print heads, labels and ribbons.
